how we work
Every other week, one to one. Sixty minutes per session. Alternating between Loes and Hanna so you get the psychological depth and the somatic work, side by side.
Loes brings EMDR, hypnotherapy, and the part of the work that lives below the surface. Hanna brings breath, somatic movement, and the embodied side of regulation. We move together. Nothing gets lost between us.
Small check ins, a voice note when your system needs one, a question on a hard day. You are not held only on the calls.
After the ten sessions, we sit down together. Just the three of us. To notice what has shifted, what still needs care, and where you want to go next. Or not.
why it works

You can understand your patterns perfectly and still not move out of them. The nervous system does not learn through insight. It learns through felt safety. We start there.

Before we talk about the story, we settle the system holding the story. When your body feels safe enough, the meaning changes on its own. The work gets faster, not slower.

Talk therapy does one thing. Yoga does another. RYME braids both into a single practice. EMDR and hypnotherapy for the patterns. Breath and somatic work for the tissue. Neither on its own would reach what both do together.

Your system will not soften because we pushed it. It will soften because we never did. We move at the speed your nervous system can actually hold.

Online, one to one. You arrive, we settle in together, and we start with where your system is that day. From there the session shapes itself. Some days it is EMDR or hypnotherapy with Loes. Some days it is breath, somatic movement, or nervous system practices with Hanna. Nothing is scripted. Everything is paced for your body.
